Year 2 – Semester 3 – BOTH –

Finally, we have come to the end of the regular native-led English instruction.  In this last, short semester we focus nearly exclusively on speaking.  Every school day during this semester the students have a one-on-one speaking opportunity with the native instructor.  The students are mostly asked question that mimic the EIKEN test questions; however, the tokushin students are given more open-ended and natural questions, along with more time for their answers.  While the instructor is giving these questions, the other students are completing written questions that again match closely questions that they might be asked on either the EIKEN or the TOEFL.

第2学年―3学期―普通コース・特進コース　共通―

２年生の３学期をもって，ネイティブの教員が主導する英語の授業は終了します。この学期では，授業のほとんどをスピーキングに費やします。この学期の授業中，生徒は一対一でネイティブスピーカーの教員と話す機会を持ちます。生徒は，ほとんどの場合，「英検」と似ている質問をされます。一方，特進の生徒は，答えるためににより多くの時間を要する，より自由度の高い自然な質問をされます。ネイティブ教員が質問をしている間，他の生徒は「英検」や 「TOEFL」で聞かれるような質問に紙ベースで答えます。
